Large and heavy items such as stoves, outdoor ovens & fireplaces are delivered via a pallet delivery network.
Deliveries made via the pallet delivery network and can take place Monday to Friday – usually between 8am-12pm. Someone will need to be at home to receive it. We will contact you by email upon despatching your order to confirm a day for delivery.
It will be delivered on a 35ft lorry (similar in size to a fire engine) with a tail lift and a pallet truck. Please let us know if there are any potential issues with access before ordering
Please note that pallet deliveries are large and heavy, therefore our pallet delivery network can only deliver to kerbside or driveway/garage and are not insured to lift or carry the delivery into your home. Please make arrangements for lifting the delivery into your home on the day of delivery.
In the case of palletised deliveries you must open and check the condition of the goods and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery if there is any damage. If at the time of delivery there is obvious evidence of damage to the goods, then you must refuse the delivery at which time we will arrange the delivery of a replacement.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
