Large and heavy items such as stoves, outdoor ovens & fireplaces are delivered via a pallet delivery network.
Deliveries made via the pallet delivery network and can take place Monday to Friday – any time between 9am and 5pm. Someone will need to be at home to receive it. We will contact you by email upon despatching your order to confirm a day for delivery.
It will be delivered on a 40ft lorry (similar in size to a fire engine) with a tail lift and a pallet truck. Please let us know if there are any potential issues with access before ordering
Please note that pallet deliveries are large and heavy, therefore our pallet delivery network can only deliver to kerbside and are not insured to lift or carry the delivery into your home. Please make arrangements for lifting the delivery into your home on the day of delivery.
In the case of palletised deliveries you must open and check the condition of the good prior to signing for the delivery. If there is any evidence of damage to the goods you must refuse the delivery at which time we will arrange the delivery of a replacement. We cannot guarantee the replacement of refund of damaged goods once they have been signed for.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
